Before placing your order, please email us the details of your custom stamp design — including quantity, size, and any special requests — and attach a high-resolution file in PDF, AI, or JPG format. This helps us ensure perfect accuracy and clean results. Once we receive your details, we’ll send you a quote and let you know the estimated production time.

Most of our custom brass stamps are designed to fit Maxita hot foil stamping machines.
If you’re using a different machine, please measure your holder carefully and include the exact dimensions in your message. Since we don’t have molds for other brands, this helps us avoid any size mismatches.

For Maxita users:
For logo stamping, the easiest and most convenient option is usually the Type 2 holder, which supports a maximum workable size of 45 cm² for even heat distribution and clean, consistent results.
Within that range, you can also choose from two fixed-size options:

• 3.5 × 14 cm

• 6 × 7 cm

We offer a 10% discount for orders of three or more custom dies.
Production usually takes 1–2 weeks, depending on complexity.
Since each stamp is custom-made, we can’t accept returns or exchanges — but we’re always happy to help if you have any questions.
